This website is operated by Lifewise Medsolutions Pvt Ltd (marketing and sales) on behalf of the Lifewise business, which also includes Lifewise Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd (manufacturing). This policy covers information collected through this website.

Information We Collect

If you use an enquiry form on this website, we ask for your name, email address, and phone number. The contact form also asks what you would like to discuss. When you submit the form, these details are stored in our database, hosted on servers located in India — Data Residency Compliant and DPDP Compliant, so that our team can respond to you. When you submit an enquiry, we email your details to our sales team so they can respond to you.

If you choose to verify your email address, we send a short numeric code to that address and store a scrambled copy of it, with your email address, only long enough to check your answer. These verification records are deleted within 24 hours, whether or not you use the code. We never store the code itself.

Alongside your details we record the page you were on when you submitted the form, the website that referred you, if any, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We use these only to understand which of our campaigns and pages lead to enquiries. We do not store your IP address or your browser's user-agent string with your enquiry.

To prevent automated spam, our server briefly checks how many enquiries have recently come from your internet connection. That check uses a scrambled, temporary form of your IP address, held in memory for a short period. It is never written to our database, never linked to your enquiry, and is discarded automatically.

This website may use analytics tools, but only if you grant analytics consent through our cookie banner — no analytics script or cookie is used without your consent. We do not use advertising or marketing tracking scripts. Beyond this, nothing is collected automatically as you browse — the information above is recorded only at the moment you choose to submit an enquiry form.

Cookies and Local Storage

How We Use Your Information

Information you choose to send us through the enquiry form is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you have confirmed your email address with us, we also send you an acknowledgement of your enquiry — a short summary of who we are, our certifications, and a link to our approved product list — with a copy to our sales team. We only send this to an address that has been confirmed.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiry details for up to 36 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If you would like your details removed sooner, email us at sales@lifewise.in and we will delete them.

Verification codes are a separate, short-lived record and are deleted within 24 hours, independently of the 36-month period above.

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

This policy was also updated in September 2026 to reflect our use of analytics (only with your consent), your rights under the DPDP Act, and our Grievance Officer contact. We will update this policy again as further features — such as an admin portal — begin collecting, storing, or sending information.
